Samastipur / Nawada: Action has started after a fierce demonstration against the Agnipath scheme. Vikas Kumar Singh, director of Junoon Coaching based in Tajpur, Samastipur, has been arrested on Monday. The police have got many important clues from the phone of the coaching operator. At the same time, the administration has given notice to 164 coaching operators who did not register in Nawada. After getting the notice, the lock has been hanged in these coaching institutes.

In fact, during the protests in Samastipur district, stones were pelted at Dalsinghsarai railway station after stopping the Awadh-Assam Express train for four hours. Apart from this, miscreants had set fire to six bogies of Lohit Express at Mohiuddinnagar station and four bogies of Bihar Sampark Express at Samastipur. After arson and sabotage, action has now started. The director of Junoon Coaching Institute of Tajpur, Vikas Kumar Singh has been arrested by the police. The police have got many important clues from his mobile. It is believed that action can be taken on some other coaching institutes in the district.

Lock hanging in coaching institutes in Nawada

The district administration has sent notices to 164 people who run coaching in Nawada without registering. After receiving the notice, most of the coaching institutes have been locked down. The notice has been issued by joint signature of Sadar SDM Umesh Kumar Bharti and DEO Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary. It states that it is mandatory to register the coaching institutes. To get the registration certificate, application has to be made along with the registration fee of five thousand rupees. For running coaching without registration, first 25 thousand rupees and second time one lakh rupees will be fined.

164 applications have been received for registration

Nitesh Kapoor, president of Private Institute Welfare Association, said that in the year 2013 170 applications and in the year 2017 13 applications were given to the education department. Even after submitting the application, the registration certificate was not received. At the same time, DEO Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary said that so far 164 applications have been received for registration. In the light of this, the committee constituted will issue the registration certificate after examining it. In any case, the coaching institute will not operate without registration.
