AMU: Aligarh Muslim University in its Revised Review Assessment issued by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has declared ‘A plus’. It has further consolidated its place amongst the premier institutes of the country by attaining the rank.
Earlier NAAC named AMU as ‘A’ rank category and the Vice-Chancellor constituted a committee of senior teachers under the chairmanship of Professor Parvez Mustazab (Dean, Faculty of Engineering) to prepare a letter for revision of the ranking. Now NAAC has revised the valuation of AMU to give ‘A plus’ to AMU. The rank has been given which will be valid for a period of five years from May 10, 2022.
AMU Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor while expressing happiness over the revision in the evaluation said that higher NAAC rankings are among many other important parameters. Indicates the system and administrative soundness of AMU and academic mobility etc. We are constantly expanding our operations to deliver better results to students and teachers.
