Weather in Bihar Today 05 August 2022: Monsoon was visible in Bihar in the beginning of August but after two days again the indifference started showing. There is a possibility of 1 to 2.4 mm of rain in North West and North Central districts of Bihar, West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali and Samastipur. In all other districts, there are signs of rainfall ranging from 2.5 mm to 15.5 mm.
No warning has been given by the Meteorological Center Patna regarding rain or thunderstorms today. On Thursday, there was rain in 14 districts of Bihar. The highest rainfall has occurred in Bodh Gaya of Gaya district. 70.4 mm of rainfall has been recorded here. Katihar received 50.8 mm, Kishanganj 49.4 mm, Nawada 48.2 mm, Sheohar 37.2 mm, Rohtas 34 mm, West Champaran 33.7 mm, Aurangabad 32.6 mm, Purnia 29.4 mm. Moderate and light rains have been recorded in Arwal, Jehanabad, Bhojpur, Patna and Kaimur districts.

The east and south east wind flow is made up to 1.5 km above the surface over the whole of Bihar. Its speed is 8 to 10 kilometers per hour. A Monsoon Trough is passing through Bikaner, Shivpuri, Jabalpur, Raipur, Bhubaneswar towards East Central Bay of Bengal. Due to this effect, there will be a slight increase in temperature. There can also be a humid summer in many places. Along with this, there is a possibility of light or moderate rainfall.
