Weather in Bihar Today: From today onwards the people of Bihar will see the effect of Sawan. According to the Meteorological Center Patna, there will be rain in all the districts of Bihar for four consecutive days from today. Today, on Thursday, it will rain in all the areas of the state, while there is a possibility of heavy rain in many districts of North Bihar. Also, thunderstorms can fall in most of the districts of northern and southern parts of Bihar. In such a situation, people have been advised not to leave the house unnecessarily along with taking precautions to avoid thunderstorms.

On Wednesday, 25 districts of the state received moderate and light rain, while seven districts received heavy rainfall. The highest rainfall occurred in Jhanjharpur of Madhubani district. 160 mm of rain was recorded here. West Champaran district received 144.4 mm, Purnia’s Dera Ghat 105.2 mm, Samastipur 104.4 mm, Nalanda’s Rajgir 92.4 mm, Nawada’s Hisua 88.2 mm, Vaishali’s Goraul 78.2 mm. Apart from this, moderate rainfall occurred in Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Arwal, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Jamui, Jehanabad, Gaya, Lakhisarai, Munger, Begusarai, Khagaria, Saharsa and Kishanganj.

There will be a drop in the temperature of Bihar today

Along with rain, there is a possibility of a drop in temperature in the whole of Bihar. On Wednesday too, the temperature of the whole of Bihar has seen a drop. The highest temperature was recorded in Banka at 36.6 degree Celsius while the lowest temperature was recorded in Muzaffarpur at 30.4 degree Celsius. The temperature of the capital Patna was recorded at 32.2 degree Celsius. The average temperature was between 31 and 34 degrees.

The trough of Monsoon is passing through Bikaner, Gwalior, Daltonganj, Krishna Nagar in southeast direction and passing through South Bangladesh till northeast Bay of Bengal. In Bihar, the flow of south westerly wind remains up to 1.5 km above, due to which there is a possibility of lightning.
