CWG 2022 Table Tennis: Indian players performed brilliantly on the 7th day of the Commonwealth Games 2022. The pair of Manika Batra and Sathiyan Gnanasekaran has reached the pre-quarterfinals of table tennis. The Indian pair defeated their opponent 3-0 (11-1, 11-3, 11-1). Six medals confirmed in boxing

Jasmine then defeated Troy Garten of New Zealand in a 4-1 split decision in the quarterfinals of the women’s lightweight (60kg) category.

PV Sindhu won the match in just 21 minutes

Apart from this, two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu managed to make it to the pre-quarterfinals of the Commonwealth Games 2022. She defeated Fatima Nabaha of Maldives in the Round of 32 Badminton women’s singles match. The match ended in just 21 minutes. PV Sindhu won this match in a one-sided fashion by 21-4, 21-11.
