Credit And Finance Difference For MSMEs : The Central Government has informed that in 5 years, 30 thousand crore rupees of small businessmen are stuck on the MSME Samadhan Portal. The situation of small traders has worsened due to Corona Pandemic. It is being told that in the financial year 2022, applications have been sent for the stuck payment of almost double the amount than before Corona.

1.20 lakh applications
Micro and Small Enterprises have submitted applications for payment of more than 30 thousand crore rupees. According to the data available on the portal, MSEs have sent more than 1.20 lakh applications for payment of Rs 30776 crore in the last 5 years.

The Central Government had launched the MSME Samadhan scheme on 30 October 2017. The reason behind this was that, small businessmen could get payment on time. Solutions are worked out for the stuck payments on the MSME Samadhan Portal.

Here is the application
Of the applications filed for dues of central and state PSUs, departments and other buyers, 50 percent or 60,987 applications are worth Rs 17,821.16 crore, which is still pending. At the same time, only 25.4 percent of the applications worth Rs 5,046.2 crore have been disposed of by either the Facilitation Council. Settled by mutual consent between MSMEs and their buyers.

what is the situation in the state
According to the Samadhan portal, 14,581 applications worth Rs 1,225.24 crore have been sent against the proprietorship. The same MSME units have filed 5185 applications for Rs 892.32 crore, state governments 4,264 applications worth Rs 3,144.88 crore and individual 2,090 applications worth Rs 208.41 crore.

Due to the Corona epidemic, applications have been filed in the financial year 2022 for almost double the amount of stuck payment as compared to before Corona. In early August 2022 this month, MSMEs State Minister Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma presented these figures in Parliament. In the financial year 2021-22, Rs 5685 crore was applied for the resolution of the pending payment, which is about 97 percent more than Rs 2887 crore in the financial year 2019-20. On the other hand, if we talk about the financial year 2020-21, then this figure had gone up to Rs 5747 crore.
