BCCI Pension Scheme: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has recently increased the monthly pension of former cricketers and former umpires. After this decision of BCCI, the pension of many former cricketers will be doubled. Know how much pension former cricketers get and what is the BCCI’s slab for pension.

BCCI’s slab for pension

Those cricketers who have retired from first-class cricket before 2003 and played 0-74 matches, they used to get Rs 15000 earlier. But now they will get 30 thousand rupees in a month. At the same time, those cricketers who played 75 or more matches and took retirement before 2003, their pension has increased from Rs 22 thousand 500 to Rs 45 thousand.

Former Test players who got 37 thousand 500 rupees will now get 60 thousand rupees and 50 thousand rupees pensioners will get 70 thousand rupees. International women players who used to get 30 thousand rupees till now will get 52 thousand 500 rupees from now on.

15 thousand people will get 30 thousand

The players who had retired from first class cricket earlier used to get 15 thousand rupees. He will now get Rs 30,000. Those women cricketers who played 5-9 Tests, their pension now increased from Rs 15000 to Rs 30000.
