Delhi News: A special session of the Legislative Assembly has been called in the national capital Delhi. This special session is expected to be a ruckus amid the Delhi government’s excise policy and allegations of luring Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). At present, in the document issued by the Delhi Legislative Assembly, it has been informed that a special session will be organized at 11 am. At the same time, CM Kejriwal will address the session at 2 pm.

During the action of central investigative agencies in Delhi regarding the excise policy of Arvind Kejriwal government, raids were conducted at the house of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Aam Aadmi Party launched a scathing attack on BJP regarding this. AAP has accused the BJP of trying to woo their MLAs and topple the government.

Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Ramesh Bidhuri has accused the Aam Aadmi Party of making it a “political arena” while attacking it. He says that the one-day special session of the Legislative Assembly called by the Delhi government is like making fun of democracy.

Congress targets Aam Aadmi Party

Meanwhile, Congress has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party. The Delhi unit of Congress has demanded an apology from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia for lying on the liquor scam during the special session. Delhi Pradesh Congress President Anil Chaudhary says that ‘in the special session, a decision should be taken regarding bringing a white paper to bring out the truth on the liquor scam.’

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has accused the BJP of offering to buy their MLAs for 20-20 crores. He says that BJP has kept Rs 800 crore to topple the Delhi government. The account of which he should give to the public.
