Delhi University Admissions 2022 Through CSAS Method: To take admission in Delhi University from this year, candidates will have to follow the Central Seat Allocation System (CSAS) method. Under this, they will have to apply on a central portal and after completing three stages, their admission (Delhi University Admissions 2022) will reach the final stage. Candidates will be given admission through Common Seat Allocation System (DU CSAS Admission 2022). For the first time, the students of DU are being given the option of mid-entry in addition to freeze, upgrade.

Admission process will be completed in three phases –

The admission process of the students will be completed in three phases. In the first step, they have to fill the application on the CSAS portal. In the second phase, they will choose the college and course and fill their preference. In the third phase, seats will be allotted on the basis of availability of seats and merit list and final admission will be done.

Registration fee not decided yet

The registration fee for admission in various courses of DU has not been decided yet. As far as the application is concerned, after logging into the portal, the candidates will have to go to the Programs section of the Dashboard. Here the programs selected by him are available in which colleges, it will be visible. Students will get admission on the basis of merit of the college they choose. Students will have to choose one option between freeze i.e. acceptance of admission or upgrade i.e. request to participate in further counselling.

Mid entry will be available for the first time

On the one hand, while waiting for the CUET result for admission. On the other hand, for the first time, mid-entry facility will be given to the students. Students can take advantage of this by paying a fee of Rs 1000. The benefit of this will be given to those students who could not take admission despite being eligible. Such as rejection of admission due to documents or not being able to register on time etc. After the admission of already registered students, the remaining seats will get admission through mid level entry.
