The new rules will be applicable on July 1, 2022.
Earlier, people had to give a test to get a driving license. But, now after the change in the rules, you will not have to give any kind of test. For the convenience of the people, the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made several changes in the rules for issuing driving licenses. Due to this new rule, now people will not have to wait for months to get a driving license. In a few days your driving license will be ready.

DL will be created through only one certificate
If you want to get a new driving license, then there will be no need to get it made by going to RTO. Now if you register in a Driving Training School to learn driving, then after taking training there, easily get a driving certificate made by giving a test. After this you will get your driving license as soon as possible through this certificate.

A course has been prepared for making DL which includes both theory and practical. In this course, the Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) course will be of 4 weeks and total 29 hours. On the other hand, in the practical course, you will get a complete time of 21 hours for the city, village, reversing and parking etc. Also in 8 hours you can get the information of theory.
