ED raided Parab’s place in money laundering cases

The action was taken after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) registered a fresh case against him and others under the PMLA. 57-year-old Parab is the leader of Shiv Sena in Maharashtra and a three-time member of the Legislative Council. He is also the state’s parliamentary affairs minister. It is alleged that this land was bought for 1.1 crores. About Rs 6 crore was spent to build the resort here. More than Rs 25 crore has been spent in taking this land and then building the resort. But the government was told to spend only Rs 7 crore for this.
