Singer-turned-actor-politician Sidhu Musewala was shot dead by gangsters in Punjab’s Mansa, less than 24 hours after the Punjab government withdrew security. He was only 27 years old. He was traveling in his vehicle when the assailants opened fire on the singer and two of his friends. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
