Now two MRO hubs will be built in Jewar Airport
Let us tell you that now two MRO hubs will be built in Jewar Airport of Yamuna Authority area. This information was given by the CEO of Yamuna Development Authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh. The country’s largest MRO hub is being built near the Noida International Airport being built in Jewar. Apart from this, 1365 land will be acquired in the second phase. In that too an MRO hub will be made. Till now, the country’s big aircraft and many aircraft used to go to countries like Singapore and Colombo for repair, but after the formation of MRO hub near Noida International Airport in Greater Noida, the country’s self-reliance will increase. Not only India’s but foreign aircraft will also be repaired here.
The district will get the most benefit
The state government on Tuesday approved the policy of maintenance, repairing and overhauling of aircraft. The district will get maximum benefit from this. There is still dependence on other countries in the maintenance of aircraft. Aircraft are maintained in cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore in the country, but this work is done on a very small scale. Till now, most of the Indian aircraft are maintained in Singapore, Sri Lanka and other European countries, but with the opening of the airport in Jewar, self-sufficiency will come in the matter of MRO as well.
