Indian Oil Profit: Indian Oil, the country’s leading government company in petroleum production, has earned record profits in the last financial year. According to the data released by the company, in the financial year 2021-22, the company has earned a net profit of Rs 24,184 crore. These figures have come at a time when people are troubled by the skyrocketing price of petrol, diesel and LPG and are waiting for the price to come down.
IndianOil presented its income statement for the last financial year 2021-22 ended March 31. According to the data, in 2021-22, the company has set a record in terms of total revenue and profits. This year the company received a total revenue of Rs 7,28,460 crore, which was Rs 5,14,890 crore in its previous year (2020-21).

The company has also set a record in terms of profits. The company’s total profit in 2021-22 was Rs 24,184 crore, which is the highest profit till date. In 2020-21, the company had a total profit of Rs 21,836 crore i.e. about Rs 2300 crore more profit has been made this year. However, despite the increase in revenue in the last quarter of 2021-22 compared to the last quarter (January-March) of 2020-21, the company’s profit decreased.
