Man Suicide In Maharashtra: A 22-year-old man from Rajasthan has been arrested recently for allegedly harassing a 38-year-old man from Malad (East) and abetting suicide by sending his nude pictures to the people and relatives of his locality.
The accused was identified as Raju Khadav
The arrested person used to work for a big gang as a loan recovery agent. This gang used to sexually harass women and men who used to take loans from them through online apps for recovery of loans. While passing the loan, this gang used to search the complete information of the borrower and then used to misuse their details to recover the loan. The accused has been identified as Raju Khadav, a resident of Gajsinghpura in Rajasthan and a second year science student. On the basis of technical evidence, a team of Cyber Police of North Zone arrested him on 28 May.

The police have recovered four mobile phones from the accused, the police said that they will be sent to the forensic lab for investigation. Khadav was handed over to Kurar police after which he was produced in a magistrate’s court on Sunday and sought his custody till May 1. At the same time, the deceased Sandeep Korgavkar worked as a salesman and was a resident of Kudal in Sindhudurg. Troubled by the harassment of the loan recovery agent, Sandeep committed suicide at his house in Kurar village of Malad.

Dataguru, the complainant of the case and brother of Korgaonkar, said that his brother was being harassed by these agents for the past one month. Dataguru said the agents said that Sandeep had taken a loan from him through a mobile app called Hello Cash. They called him from 5 different numbers and also sent obscene messages. Dataguru said- My brother was under a lot of stress and was feeling very humiliated. Dataguru said, ‘They sent my brother’s obscene photo (edited) to the people working with him in the office. Her photo was also sent to women. My brother told me about it after which I told him not to worry everything was fine. He used to earn 25 thousand rupees a month.
