Mamaearth IPO Plans: Mamaearth, a startup that makes beauty and skincare products, is preparing to bring an IPO. It is believed that through this IPO, the company can raise $ 300 million. Also, according to IPO pricing, Mamaearth is estimating a valuation of $3 billion through IPO. Sequoia Capital-backed Mamaearth was valued at $1.2 billion in January 2022 when the company raised capital from Sequoia and Belgium’s Sofina. But after that there has been a tremendous jump in the valuation of the company.

Preparation to file DRHP by December
To bring the IPO, Mamaearth will file a draft paper with the stock market regulator SEBI by the end of this year in December 2022. It is being told that the company is in talks to appoint a Bookrunner Manager with JP Morgan Chase, JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital to bring the IPO.

Mamaearth was established in 2016. The company makes toxic free products like face wash, shampoo, hair oil. Mamaearth is preparing to bring an IPO when the stock market is witnessing a downtrend. After the failure of LIC’s IPO, the mood of the investors of the IPO market has deteriorated. Mamaearth is co-founder Varun Alagh and his wife Gazal Alagh. Mamaearth’s products are endorsed by many Bollywood stars.
