Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi Row: Once again in Mathura, there is a possibility of deepening the dispute regarding the land and Idgah of Shri Krishna’s birth place. In the midst of discussions regarding the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid, 7 law students have filed a case regarding the issue of Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Idgah in Mathura. In the case of Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Shahi Idgah, 7 law students and 4 advocates of Delhi-Lucknow High Court have filed a suit in the district judge’s court on Tuesday. The petitioners have demanded the removal of Idgah from this land, claiming 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmasthan.
Law students and lawyers have made this claim on the basis of Section 92 of the IPC. District Judge Rajiv Bharti sent the case to the court of ADJ 8 for hearing. While hearing the court, the date of May 25 has been given to present the documents related to the ownership of the land. The matter will now be heard on May 25.

Making this claim on the basis of IPC section 92, law students Anushka Singh, Neelam Singh, Upasana Singh, Ankita Singh, Dr. Shanktala Mishra, Sadhna Singh, Divya Niranjan as well as lawyers of Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court Varun Kumar Mishra, Ankit Tiwari, Shailendra Singh, Advocate Ranjan Kamar Roy of Delhi High Court.
Congress told conspiracy
On the other hand, politics has also started on this. Congress leader Tariq Anwar has termed it as a well-planned conspiracy. He says that this plan is being made for the coming 2024 general elections and the other elections in the meantime. The issue of Ram temple is over, so it is being made a new issue. When the decision came regarding Ram temple, such controversy would not be encouraged again. These issues are being created to divert attention from the real issues.

Congress attack on central government
Congress leader Tariq Anwar further said that the decision given by the court, we hope that the decision of the country which has already been done will not be disputed again. Apart from this, the Congress leader has also raised questions about the misuse of central investigative agencies. He said that one by one against all the Congress leaders, ED and CBI are being used at a low level, which has never happened before. This action is being taken to scare others.
