MP Panchayat Election 2022: Three-tier panchayat elections are going on in Madhya Pradesh. The first phase of polling is being held on Saturday. Along with this, there was a lot of stone pelting at the polling booth. Sub-Inspector Amit Sikarwar has been injured due to a stone hit in the head while driving away the miscreants. At present, he has been admitted to Mihona Hospital. Deputy Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Kumar says that people standing in 100 meters were being removed by the police, when someone suddenly pelted stones, injuring Sub Inspector Amit Sikarwar.

Voting is being held in 52 districts today

At present, polling is going on as normal at the polling booth and the situation is under police control. Let us tell you that in 52 districts of the state, voting is going on at 27 thousand polling stations today. People are also showing enthusiasm about voting. Along with this, women, elderly and youth are reaching ahead to cast their votes in rural areas regarding voting. Today, 2260 employees are on duty at the polling stations for voting.
