Sandeep Lamichhane Case In Hindi: Nepali cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane is in discussion these days due to the allegation of rape. An arrest warrant has been issued against him. Now he has decided to return home and surrender. Please tell that Sandeep has been accused of raping a 17-year-old minor girl. He left his country after this allegation. However, now he has made up his mind to come back and he has given this information through his Facebook post. He told that he will return to his country on 6 October.

‘I am innocent and have unwavering faith in the law’

Sandeep Lamichhane wrote about this on Facebook, “I confirm with great hope and strength that I am reaching my country Nepal on 6th October, 2022 to fight a legal battle against false allegations. I will hand myself over to the Nepalese authorities for this. I reiterate that I am innocent and have unwavering faith in the law. I hope to get justice soon.”

Continuing his point, Lamichhane writes, “My dear well-wishers, I assure you that I am innocent and I have not done any injustice to you. I have emerged from the unpleasant situation I am going through and myself. I am ready to prove my innocence and victim of conspiracy. I am sure that all the wrong allegations leveled against me will come to the fore with time.”

Nepal had sought help from the International Police

It is worth noting that Lamichhane had left his country after the allegations were made. After Sandeep was not traced, Nepal Police had sought help from the International Police i.e. Interpol. Accepting this point of Nepal Police, Interpol had issued a diffusion notice against Sandeep Lamichhane. It was told that Sandeep is in Caribbean countries. On September 8, Nepal Police issued an arrest warrant against Sandeep Lamichan.
