Search instructions are given.

ASI quota has been transferred
In this case, Kapren police station officer Suresh Gurjar told ABP News that he has not received any such letter. On the other hand, DSP of Keshoraipatan, Shankar Lal said that the matter of issuing the letter has come to the notice. In the case in which he has been made a witness, he was working on the post of ASI in Kapren police station at that time. He said that but now in which police station of Kota range he is posted, he is not aware of it. On the other hand, according to the information, ASI Bhagwan Singh has now become a sub-inspector after being promoted in the Kota range. After the order of the court, there has been a stir among the policemen.

What did the court say in the letter?
The Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate of Keshoraipatan wrote in the letter to Kapreen SHO that he himself was the investigating officer in a lot of letters while staying in the police station of SI Bhagwan Singh of Kapren police station as a witness. In all those cases, witness Bhagwan Singh is remaining from the prosecution side as the final witness. Bhagwan Singh did not appear even after being summoned continuously by the court. In such a situation, the articles of evidence could not be closed on behalf of the prosecution. The judge also said in his letter that all these files are more than 5 years old and the date of July 5 has been fixed for the witness evidence of the judicial magistrate.

Order for early disposal of old cases
It is worth mentioning that Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur has given directions for speedy disposal of 5 and 10 year old cases. On which the Keshoraipatan Civil Judge has issued an order saying that in view of the age of the letter and the case in view of the continuous absence of the said witness for evidence in the court, it is directed that the witness Bhagwan Singh son Samudra Singh should be sent from Swarg Lok to Patal Lok. Make sure to get the testimony done after searching.
