Sasaram: Rohtas’s Lal Dharmendra Kumar Singh was given a last farewell by people on Thursday with moist eyes. Dharmendra Kumar Singh, the eldest son of Ramayan Singh of Saraiya village of Danwar Panchayat of Bikramganj subdivision area, was martyred while fighting the Naxalites. His mortal remains reached the native village Saraiya on Wednesday.
As soon as the body of CRPF jawan Dharmendra Kumar Singh reached the village, the whole area reverberated with the cheers of Mother India. Hundreds of youths came to pay tribute. The last yatra was taken out on Thursday morning. During this, apart from DIG Sanjay Kumar of CRPF, Rohtas SP Ashish Bharti, DID Chhatranil Singh, Deputy Development Commissioner Shekhar Anand and other officers were present. All the officers paid tribute to the martyr. CRPF DIG Sanjay Kumar said Dharmendra Kumar Singh has made his supreme sacrifice. Entire CRPF salutes the bravery of its comrade. Dharmendra martyred while fighting the Naxalites
