Kabhi Diwali Kabhi Eid: Salman Khan starrer ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ has been in the news ever since it was announced. Now reports are coming out that Salman Khan will soon start shooting for the film in Mumbai. According to a report in Mid Day, the team of ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ is all set to turn on the cameras.

Before the shoot, director Farhad Samji’s teams have built two big sets. The report states that the team will start shooting at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle, where they have built a set resembling a metro station. The team did not find it possible to shoot at the actual location as the problem of crowd management would emerge as a problem.

As per reports, the shoot is expected to go on for 10 days, after which the team will shoot for an extensive schedule at Mehboob Studio in Bandra. ETimes had earlier reported that the film’s team will begin shooting at Salman’s favorite location, Mehboob Studio in Bandra, after which the cast will head to Hyderabad to shoot for the second part of the film.

After the success of the film ‘Antim’, Salman will be seen reuniting with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. The film will also feature Zaheer Iqbal and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. It is also reported that actress Shehnaaz Gill will make her Bollywood debut with the film. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is currently eyeing a year-end release.

Apart from Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Salman will also be seen in the Telugu film ‘Godfather’, which also stars Telugu icons Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara and Satyadev Kancharana. Salman also has Tiger 3 opposite Katrina Kaif which is scheduled to release in 2023 and will also do a cameo in Pathan which is scheduled to release on Republic Day next year. Pathan will feature Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.
