MP News: In Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh, a case of violation of the code of conduct of Panchayat elections has come to light. In fact, a person preparing to contest the election of the head of the district was distributing money to woo the voters. On information, the police arrested the claimant of the head with Rs 45,000. The police have also filed a report against him in violation of the election code of conduct. According to the police, this is the first action in Singrauli district.
Police recovered so much money
The case is of Khairahi village of Bandhaura outpost area of the district. Here the chief contender Subhash Chandra Jaiswal was distributing money to the voters. During this, someone informed the police. On receiving the information, the police team took into custody Subhash Chandra Jaiswal, a contender for the post of head. The police have also recovered Rs 45,000 from him.

Bandhaura outpost in-charge Priyanka Mishra told that on Friday night at 11.30, the police had received information that money is being distributed to woo the voters by the sarpanch candidate Subhash Jaiswal in Khairahi village. On receiving the information, the police have cordoned off the accused while distributing money. Rs 45,000 has also been recovered from the possession of accused candidate Subhash Chandra Jaiswal.
