Kedarnath Dham: Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed to the pilgrims coming on Char Dham Yatra to ensure cleanliness. Now the very next day of this appeal, its effect was seen on Monday. After the appeal, people started a cleanliness campaign in Kedarnath. After which now PM Modi has praised the spirit of the pilgrims for taking part in the cleanliness along with the government.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said in a tweet that Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given the message of cleanliness to the pilgrims visiting Char Dham in the 89th Mann Ki Baat program. Rudraprayag District Magistrate Mayur Dixit said, “A large number of devotees have come, due to which a lot of garbage is spread. Many institutions and devotees cleaned the garbage by conducting a cleanliness drive.”
Let us inform that in the past, pictures of dirt were revealed on the way to Kedarnath Dham. After which the local administration and the government were heavily criticized. At the same time, these pictures also went viral on social media.
