In case of excessive rainfall, there should be no water logging situation anywhere. CM Yogi said that Gorakhpur division is vulnerable to encephalitis. All districts should keep their surveillance better. The District Magistrate and Chief Medical Officer should review continuously. No patient should come by any means other than 102 and 108 ambulances.
