Sambhal News: In the Chandausi area in Sambhal, UP, the administration and Baniyather police station have confiscated assets worth Rs 34 lakh of the gangster act accused. In the presence of the magistrate, the police reached here with drums and put up a property acquisition board outside the confiscated property. This property belonged to gangster accused John Singh living in Badaun. To confiscate which Badaun DM had sent a letter to Sambhal DM recently, after which this action has been taken.

Actually, John Singh of Sahanpur village of Bisauli police station area of Badaun district is an accused in the Gangster Act. The DM of Badaun district had sent a letter to DM Sambhal last month to confiscate the property located in the Chandausi area of John Singh. After which today the police and magistrate of Baniyather police station arrived with drums and drums to seize this property located in Ashoknagar of Baniyather police station area in Chandausi area. Where the police and the magistrate first told the people around about the action of confiscation of the property of the accused of Gangster Act and sealed it by putting a notice to confiscate John Singh’s house worth Rs 34 lakh.

Giving information about this action, Naib Tehsildar Nischay Kumar said that DM Badaun had written to him and asked him to take action to confiscate the property of John Singh, accused of gangster act in Budaun. Due to this, action was taken to confiscate property worth Rs 34 lakh today.
