Uttarakhand News: There is good news for the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. The first critical care block of the state is going to open in the Srinagar Medical College of Garhwal division. For this, the state government has seen the land. The construction work of this block will be started within a month. A four-storey building will be constructed for the critical care block, in which 50 beds have been arranged.
In the critical care block, along with cardio, the facilities of neuro will also be provided to the patients. The critical care block will be built in Pahari style. Due to its formation, patients of Rudraprayag, Pauri, Chamoli and Tehri districts will be benefited, who are referred to Srinagar in critical condition. They will be able to get treatment under one roof.

Critical care will be made in Pahari style
State Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat had reached the Medical College Srinagar regarding the critical care block. In this regard, he discussed with the officials. Along with this, on-site inspection of the land was also done. During this, Principal of Medical College Srinagar CMS Rawat and Deputy Collector Srinagar Ajayveer Singh were also present with him.
Health Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat informed that the construction work of critical care block building in Srinagar will be done at a cost of about Rs 23 crore. The four-storey critical care block will be built in the Pahari style. A target has been set to start its construction work in a month. This will be the first critical care block of the state, which is being built in the Medical College Srinagar.
