The direction was given by a special division bench of Justice M. Duraiswami and Justice Sundar Mohan during the hearing that started late in the night and ended in the early hours of Thursday.

The special hearing on this matter was held at the residence of the senior judge in the city at Anna Nagar. This hearing took place on the appeal filed against the decision of the single judge.

The bench ordered that the meeting of the party can be held as per the schedule and after discussing the 23 resolutions already decided in it, they can be passed. Apart from this, no other proposal can be introduced, in which the bye-laws of the party to abolish the coordinator and joint coordinator posts, paving the way for single leadership and restoration of the post of general secretary. is included.
